[news.eclipse.tools] XML File Viewer

Hi,

I am new to the Eclipse IDE usage . We have the requirement of having a tool
for viewing the structure of XML file . Given a parent node the viewer
should be able to show me the all the child nodes for it as well as the
attributes for that node. How can I go about developing such  a tool.

Any ideas / suggestions would be welcome.
