I too am seeing exactly this problem. However, I only see it on 2 PC's that
have NVidia video chipsets (one a GE Force 2 GO, other a GE Force 4 440
mmx). It seems to work fine on a Voodoo 3 based system.

It improves when using IE as default external browser, but is still not
fully working. There are still some problems navigating the tree of the
contents pane.
