Oh, okay.
To save people the search: the trick is that the Replace menu is
available only in the Search view. So you start with Search/File...,
specify your search pattern, launch it and then you go in the Search view
and right-click/Replace (or Replace selected).
Cool.
That being said, it's not very intuitive, how come we don't get a chance
to do this when the Ctrl-H dialog is displayed? That's what threw me
off.
