[news.eclipse.tools] JVM terminated

Hi!

       I have a problem with Eclipse that is driving me crazy!

       My eclipse gives a error on javaw.exe, and appears a dialog box with
the message
       "JVM terminated. Exit code: -1073741819", after that it closes.

       When I startup Eclipse again, it rebuilds all my projects....

       I'm using JDK 1.4.0.
