[news.eclipse.tools] Java Browsing view disappeared!

I've just started using Eclipse. I've managed to lose the Java Browsing view
and
the Java Perspective views. I've closed and reopened the tool and it's still
the same.
Any ideas? Also, is there an option to automatically save source files
before running
an Ant build script under External Tools?
