[news.eclipse.tools] Re: The static field xxx.yyy should be accessed in a static way

Ages ago, not long after the feature was first introduced. I don't recall
ever seeing a comment after the initial bug report.
The problem, from day one, seems to be that the parse that produces the
markings is done in a separate thread, but it is not correctly verified that
the most recent parse corresponds to the most recent version of the text.
