[news.eclipse.tools] CVS connection with RSH

I am using Eclipse 2.02 on WIndows XP. When I attempt to connect
to a CVS repository with RSH (rhosts) authentication I get the
following error:
warning: unrecognized response `OK' from cvs server
The CVS documentation says this can be caused by Windows versions
of rsh that don't permit a clear transport with a server.
Has anyone got RSH access to CVS to work from WIndows?
If so, which RSH implementation are you using?
