AFAI can tell, the problems are only related to the internal IE engine. If
you switch to use the default external browser instead, things should
work. - Sometimes, after using successfully the external default browser and
then afterwards switching back to the internal IE engine fixes those empty
help page show up problems.
For all the above said, I assume that people make use of setting up a fixed
IP address and port number under the help server preferences.
