The XtremeJ Corp proudly announces the general availability of the XtremeJ Management Console v1.0, a JMX and JSR-77 management console based on the popular Eclipse platform. It is available in two editions: Standard Edition and Professional Edition.

The XtremeJ Management Console gives the J2EE developers and administrators an intuitive user interface to access, manage, and monitor the JMX based services:

Standard Edition:
    * View the MBean metadata
    * Get and set the MBean attributes
    * Invoke MBean operations
    * Create/unregister MBeans
    * Receive MBean notifications

Professional Edition:
* Review and re-invoke past MBean invocations in the Invocation Log
* Query MBeans that match the specified criteria within a given scope
* Create and manage timer MBeans
* Dynamically and remotely deploy MBeans to the JMX agent
* Monitor MBeans
* Create and manage relations between MBeans
* (JBoss specific) J2EE management through JSR-77
* (WebLogic specific) View WebLogic MBeans by configuration and runtime types
* (WebSphere specific) JSR-77 style J2EE management
* (JDMK specific) Manage cascading agents and discovery services
* Receive MBean notifications and invoke custom handlers
* Contribute custom actions to the context menu
* Add custom views
* Add custom property editors


Currently it supports the following JMX-enabled Java applications servers and JMX implementations:

    * WebLogic 6.1/7.0
    * WebSphere 5.0
    * JDMK 4.2/5.0
    * MX4J 1.1.1
    * TMX4J 2.1
