[news.eclipse.tools] JUnit: Reload classes every run

Is there a way to enable or disable reloading classes every run (JUnit)?
When using the Swing UI, I have the option of enabling or disabling this.
But when starting a JUnit in Eclipse with "Run as JUnit" I don't find that
options.

Any ideas?
