IBM bundles a Qt port of SWT with the Personal Configuration and Personal
Profile features of WebSphere Studio Device Developer. I'm not a lawyer,
but I believe IBM probably pays for the distribution rights, and the bundled
SWT is just included as an implementation detail of AWT, and is not for use
by itself for developing applications. I do know that it's not a complete
SWT port, but has just enough functionality to support AWT.
