Yes, I took your M4 patch and migrated the layout change to M5.  I didn't
pickup your bugzilla attachment.
Feel free to repost with your preference.  I don't think this preference
will get accepted unless it treats the shortcut bar as a Coolitm on the main
Toolbar.  My "patch" puts 2 toolbars side-by-side, so when the toolbar
starts wrapping, the appearance is not ideal.
