I would like to be able to see static fields that aren't final, and final
fields that aren't static, but there is no way to set that up with this
dialog.  This is why users usually leave both final and static fields
hidden, and then turn on *ONLY* one or the other, but not both.  No one
wants to look at constants (static finals)
