Given a package a.b.c.d.e, rename will allow me to change the package name
to a.b.c.d.f but it will not allow me to change the name to a.b.xx.d.e so
far as I can tell. At least that is how I interpret what I see on the screen
if I bring up the Refactor->Rename dialog.
