Looking around this group before posting would help. It helped me. To
recapitulate. For some reason you have to go to Debug->RUn-time
Workbench->Plug-ins and Fragments. Select "Choose plug-ins and ..." and
select everything you want. Do this even if the other options are
applicable. If the option is already selected., select another, apply and
select this one again. Worked for me. Hopefully the bug will be fixed later.
