i read your post more carefully
you seem to want to move a package to something else than a source folder
(in some projects, the project itself is a source folder)

this is not supported currently - so it'd eb a feature request, not a but report
(sorry about my previous reply)

please also specify what you'd like it to to mean to move a package to something different than a source folder
