[news.eclipse.tools] how i overcome this mysterious debugging problem

when i debug my program, i get an error in URLClassLoader(ActiveX is in
unknown url).
i tried lots of things: to install the jdk1.4 and the eclipse again and
add some debug plugin, but nothing help.
i suppose it's an environment problem, because i success to debug the
program in other computers and environments.
please, write me what is missing?
