My last response was unnecessarily brief. I was called away and wanted to
get you some kind of answer quickly.

XMLBuddy 0.2.8 works in M5 for me. There is a known problem with non-SDK
eclipse releases, in that 0.2.8 has dependencies on PDE and JDT. If this is
the issue, I can tell you how to modify the plugin.xml file to get around
it. If this is not the issue, John Smith had some good advice. Look at the
.log file and report what you see there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
