[news.eclipse.tools] "Project >Build Project", where it is?

I was looking through the help for information on how to perform an
incremental build on a project.
In the help it is stated that...
To trigger an incremental build, from the menu bar, select Project > Build
Project.

That's nice, but I can't find that menu item.  I have Project-> Rebuild
Project, but not Project >Build Project. I'm sure it something incredibly
simple that I'm just missing, but it's starting to get frustrating.

Any help in the matter would be appreciated.
