[news.eclipse.tools] emacs key binding

Hi,

Can someone help ? I'm using eclipse M4 on Window/XP, I setup my key binding
using emacs. I always get a 'New' Window when I pressed 'Ctrl-n' which shall
go to the next line. What did I do wrong ?
