Thanks for the fast answer,
I was kind of hoping you would be the one that answers :-).
I'm not using a batchfile to set my classpath, it is set in an external
xml file that is included by the build file.

But after your words opened my eyes I set forth in righteous anger and
smote the treacherous task declarations in their preferences.

Which fixed the error.

Because they are already declared in the build file. Now it runs until the
next error comes up. But it's a step forward.
