[news.eclipse.tools] Can't get eclipse started under Win2000

When I try to run Eclipse SDK 2.0, I'm getting an error with the
message:"Could not determine the GUI (-ws) supported by this installation".
On one of my other computers (an old one, but running win2000), the SDK
doesn't have that problem, is it possible this problem is caused by using
Microsoft Visual Studio.Net?
