[news.eclipse.tools] External software as plugin

Hi, I am a C#\C++\Java developer, and my boss asked me to develop some
software in C#, and I have to make sure that he can load those programs(.EXE
or .JAR, doesn't matter what type), and I need to know how you can use an
external application and run it form the Eclipse SDK. Please help me!
