Hi,

I've just downloaded the zip file for 19258, extracted it and now see
Laurent Fourier / Internet Proxies in both my features list and plug-in's
list (from Help -> About).  However, if when I try to "Search Now" (for
updates) I get a dialog complaining that it can't access
http://update.eclipse.org/updates";.  I can go there from a Browser.

Pressing the details buttons shows a java.net.ConnectionException:
ConnectionRefused: connect.
