[news.eclipse.tools] Eclipse not putting class files in build output fol

I just installed Windows XP and copied my old Eclipse directory and project
to the new PC.  Eclipse starts up fine, compiles my sources file, etc. but
it does not put the class files in the build output folder.  I have no idea
why, I've been using Eclipse for weeks without problems.  I imagine
something got messed up when I switched to the new computer but I don't know
what.  I have my build output folder set and there are no class files or
properties files in it.
