[news.eclipse.tools] Local history is corrupt

Hi

I think my Local history option is corrupt. I have Eclipse 2.01 installed
both at work and home. I have been messing around with much of the same
settings both places, but at home the Local history is fine and at work I
get the following error message: "No local history available for selected
resource" with an ok button.

How can this be rectified? Where is the information for the Local History
stored?
