[news.eclipse.tools] Runtime Workbench boot.jar error

Dear All,

I am working through the hello world plug-in tutorial. I get to the stage
where I am trying to test the plug-in using the Run > Run as > Run-time
workbench function but I keep getting an error dialog:

"Launching failed. Plugin "org.eclipse.core.boot" is missing or does not
contain "boot.jar" library...."

I have added the jar into the class path from project properties but it does
not get rid of the error or load the workbench. Can anyone advise what the
problem might be? I am using eclipse 2.0 upgraded to 2.0.1 on Win XP using
jdk 1.4.0
