[news.eclipse.tools] Line Delimiter preferences are missed

Hi,

there is a menu source where I may choose menu to set line
delimiter(Win/Mac/Unix) for ONE particular file.
But I didn't see the option that would set it automatically for newly
created files and formats the existing ones.;-(
Do I miss something or eclipse JDT misses this feature?
