You mean in Java Build Path Control? Yes, all those boxes are checked.
Always have been; I've never touched them.

(I was surprised to see that in Target Platform all the boxes are
unchecked.)

I've never been able to get Recompute Classpath to do anything except rip
out all the build dependencies. It hurts when I do that, so I've kinda
stopped doing it. (Except I did it again when updating to 2.0.1. Ouch! I
never learn. ;-)
