JFace is part of the workbench.jar in the eclipse download drop. If you
have downloaded the eclipse release versions of either 1.0, 2.0 or 2.0.1,
then you have to dig into the plugins directory to get to the JFace
package.
The path is
<install directory>\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.ui_2.0.0\workbench.jar.
I am not aware of any independent support availability.
