Easy to do MIDP development for palm.
Add the midp.../Converter app the the run menu as well
as the WTK104/../ktoolbar app.
Create a normal java project and remove the rt.jar from it.
Add the WTK1-4/lib/midpapi.zIp to your classpath.

Debug cycles via the ktoolbar.  Not seamless but works well.
