Oops, I just found a bug and couldn't fix it yet:

  When you set a quickmark somewhere and then insert/delete lines
  before it, the recorded line number of the bookmark doesn't
  seem to be updated, resulting in misbehavior.

I don't know, why this didn't show up in my earlier tests, maybe
I overlooked that.

But the real questions are:

1) which part of Eclipse is supposed to be responsible to keep
   track of such changes and update line number, char start and
   char end??? Is it my extension??? I can't believe that, because
   I really only use the standard Eclipse bookmarks and other
   parts of the application / extensions should run into similar
   problems. Might be I have to register my bookmarks with some
   Eclipse update mechanism?

2) if it were my code, how could I get notified of such changes
   including the neccessary info to set the new line number, char
   start and end?

Can anybody help or give a hint?
