Some of the layout plugins for Eclipse are close to RAD, hehe...
I just wanted to point out that a lot of 3rd party Win32 software, often
what I use and consider better than the rest, are written with Borland
tools, which are RAD, both Delphi and C++ Builder, it's a shame.
