How to add an external JAR file in a plugin debugging environment?

Hi,

I am developing my plugin which requires several external JAR files.
When I launched my run-time workbench and tried to run my plugins, I
always get Class Not Found error because those external JAR files are
not in the classpath.

Where and how can I set the path for my external JAR files?
