After the Improve C# Plugin and Improve Resin Plugins for Eclipse, we 
have just released the first public build of our new open-source plugin: 
Improve Struts-config Editor for Eclipse.

Plugin features :

*  struts-config graphical view:
  o Automatic layout
  o Left-clicking an action or a JSP opens an editor for the associated 
file
  o Right-clicking an action or a JSP switch to source view and 
highlights the first occurence in the file
* struts-config editing:
  o Makes use of the SolarEclipse plugin

Our main goal was to investigate GEF and specifically Draw2D API. This 
build (0.0.4) has a reduced set of fonctionnalities. Its architecture 
could be improved too. We have released it now because Struts is very 
popular and some people could be interested.
