[news.eclipse.tools] Excluding some source directories

I didn't find a way to tell Eclipse to simply ignore some of the 
directories under the source directory that I specified in the wizard when 
it rebuilds the project.

This would be a very useful feature, and would allow a better integration 
of existing source codebase without forcing users to radically change an 
already existing hierarchy (the only workaround right now is to move these 
directories outside of the root).

Did I miss this somewhere?
