There are not as yet any published FAQs so whoever is referring to an FAQ is
in error. However there are multiple FAQs being worked on right now. Not
all on the same topic but all covering different aspects. I am for example
working on the ones related to licensing issues. There is a general FAQ
that is probably what you are looking for and it is currently being
reviewed.
