Um, no.  That is, the world is not a happier place when you exit and re-enter.
I tried that several times.

Blew away .metadata and re-setup the project, re-added external .JARs, and
everything is fine now.

Glad to know you've gotten it fixed; in the mean time ['til I get an update],
I'll try to remember not to leave my breakpoints lying about.
