Hi Amin
We plan to be making available an FAQ about the CPL shortly. To answer your
question - yes you can use SWT in closed source projects but you must adhere
to the terms and conditions of the CPL. The important sections to read in
the CPL are Sections 3 and 4. The requirements depend in part on whether
you want to make your product available with or without source code.
Hope that helps.

not part of, nor does it modify, amend or supplement, the terms of the CPL.
The CPL is a legal agreement that governs the rights granted to material
licensed under it, so please read it carefully. If there is any conflict
between this response and the CPL, the terms of the CPL shall govern. If
you need legal advice, you must contact your own lawyer.
