I overlooked the build notes link. Very good info there.
Yes, I did look at the plans for each component and found the information
useful.
What I was hoping to find, though, is a "10000 ft" view of what's new in 2.0
(not to mention a tentative delivery date :-). Most times the information is
given on a component by component basis and the time frames are generic (6
months or so).
As for suggestions (if I'm allowed to, of course), here goes:
- make the build notes section more visible on each build page
- create some sort of executive summary for the 2.0 release and publish
it
- if you have developed plans for further ahead, publish some sort of
timeline with tentative dates
