I saw QT beta2 for MacOS X and I must admit: I'm impressed!
It is much faster than Swing applications on MacOS X (and Swing is not slow
on MacOS X because it uses the native Appearance Manager to draw the Aqua
L&F).
However the QT demos are not Java applications, so I don't know how well QT
would perform under Java. On the other hand: a QT based implementation of
SWT would automatically run on other systems (e.g. Linux) too.
