[news.eclipse.tools] Re: Feature Request: Tear out perspectives into own shell

Another PR to open that is related to this is that the keybindings on
opening perspectives is a bit flaky. For example: If I try to open a
perspective in a new window I try to click the 'Open Perspective' button;
choose 'Other...' then press and hold the shift key while selecting the
perspective to open. This, however, opens the perspective in the current
window. To open the perspective in a new window I have to hold down the
shift key only when I choose 'Other...'.

perspective from one Window into another Window (Browser/Shell, whatever
it's called) that is open, closing the former if it no longer has any
perspectives left in it.
