sorry Kirill, 
can not help. I downloaded v135 and installed it on my debian linux box
(2.2.19pre17), unzipped it and it worked. 
... do you have this symbolic link from libXm.so -> libXm.so.2.1 and
libXm.so.2 -> libXm.so.2.1 ?
anyway, I attach the listing of my eclipse directory. so you can look if
file permissions, links and sizes are right (for 135). 

when I remove the symLink I will get this output:

feser@feser:/usr/local/eclipse/135$ ./eclipse
/eclipse: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2: cannot open
