We don't currently support conditional breakpoints, however, there is a PR
with the feature request.

Add my vote for it. I was doing some debugging today where they would have
been EXTREMELY helpful. I had to set the breakpoint and keep hitting go
until I saw the condition was true. Note that was several hundred keypresses
to get to that point!
