[news.eclipse.tools] Classpath with folders doesn't seem to work

I've got WSW from Partnerworld. Seems like when I assign a classpath
variable to an external directory, classes can't get resolved. Assigning
the variable to a jar works fine.

(Similar if I directly use a folder or jar on the classpath for a
project [of course I have to create another project to use the folders
directly)

Any ideas?
