[news.eclipse.tools] Non Latin Characters in Source File NOT Supported yet?!

Hi all.

Here in Korea, we often use non-english character(yes, it's Korean of
course) for the comments. But Eclipse(v0.9) seems like dosen't supporting it
yet. Any source file containing non-latin character reports a problem that
"Syntax error on token ...".

Is this fixed in the more recent release?

PS : I got project welcome email, and it says we(who reside in Korea) can
not access to download area. Is there any possible way to get the newest
version as others?
