Sorry, there is no support to disable/remove the rename popup menu item in
the navigator view for a specific file type.

What are you trying to do that requires this menu item disabled for .sql
files? Even if you could disable the rename action, end users could just
rename the file at the OS file-system level and do a "refresh from local"
within Eclipse.
