[news.eclipse.tools] publishing extension points - help!

Hello,

There is truckloads of doc in the 0.9 release on unsing the platform
extension points, as well as using the extension point schema tool. What
I can't find any info on, though, is - if I am a plug-in and I define 5
extension points, how do I know what other plug-ins are using my
extension points? How do I communicate with / control them?
