OK, could describe what are you trying to achieve and how
this problem is stoping you from it?

It seems that this problem would be the same for everyone
trying to get things working (using Eclipse or not) across file
systems that have different behaviour upon the case-sensitive
problem.

And, if your application is Linux only, why should we limit
it to be non case-sensitive?
