[news.eclipse.tools] Hover event will not work.

The Hover event will not work for us because you only get the event once.
You have to exit the Canvas in order to get another event. We need a way to
"reset" the hover when a certain region within a Control has been exited,
but the mouse is still over the control. Is there any way to do this?
